He was born December 16, 1926 the son of Luke and Lyda (nee Maxwell) Pelikan who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his son Thomas (Lynn) Pelikan and his grandchildren: Jennifer Pelikan, Jason (Cheryl) Pelikan, and Jonathan Pelikan.
Also 4 great grandchildren: Nina, Victoria, Christopher, and Drake Pelikan and his best friend Ethel Hardin.
He was preceded in death by his wife Wilma "Billie" (nee Bennett) Pelikan and infant grandson Brian Pelikan.
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 23, 2006, from 5pm-8pm at Mahn Twin City Chapel.
